Each individual's experience is different, as each individual has a different level of toxin's in their body, as well as a different reaction to the herbal combination. The majority of individuals will feel slightly sluggish at the beginning of the cleanse. This is your body's way of getting out those toxins, and depending on the toxic levels, it may be a lot of hard work. Some individuals experience headaches, fatigue, cloudiness, and digestive changes. All of these are normal and will reduce when those toxins have left your body.
